Frequently Asked Questions
How is weekly output calculated?▼
Weekly output is the minimum of writer production capacity and editor review capacity. If your writers can produce 6 pieces but your editors can only review 4, your actual output is 4 — the editor capacity becomes the bottleneck.
What counts as a "piece" of content?▼
A piece is any publishable unit: a blog post, email campaign, social media batch, landing page, case study, etc. Adjust the "pieces per week" for each role based on your team's actual content types and complexity.
How do I use this for planning?▼
Set your target output (pieces per week), enter your current team composition, and see if you have enough capacity. The tool identifies bottlenecks and tells you how many additional people you'd need to hit your target.
Is my data stored or sent to a server?▼
No. All calculations happen entirely in your browser. No data is stored or transmitted.
